Town Hall 7 & 8: Air defense Tower Placement image

While we are waiting for Supercell’s Clash of Clans update this month of March, I’d like to share with you a quick guide on Where is the best placement of Air Defense Tower for Th8 players.

Upgrade and Stats

Air defense Max level for Town Hall 8 is Level 6 wherein it has 1040 hitpoints, and 230 damage per second. The table below shows upgrade and stats for Town Hall 7and 8.

TH7 and Th8 Air defense placement:

Tips: The main thing you should keep in mind is that they must not be placed on the edge of the base. It is self-explainable, Air defense over the edge of the base is easy to destroy that’s it (1-2 tank and a range troops will completely pick it). Other things, do not ever place your Ad’s near to each other. The opponent will zap out your Air defense using 3-4 high-Level Lightning spells. Recommended placement of the Air defense Tower is a symmetric geometric pattern like a triangular-shaped. And lastly spread them out deep the center of the base and don’t put all together in one layer.

Air defense is one of the important buildings you should have. You should upgrade it first one by one among the other defense building. If not your base will be easily 3 starred. Placement of Air defense is another trait of a good base in Clash of Clans. In case you’re entire Ad’s are upgraded follow some tips to maximize usage of that defense building.

Quick Guide: How to farm Dark Elixer If you're in Th7

Dark Elixer is very hard to get from others base. They usually put it inside the inner core and surrounds it by a ground defensive buildings.

Even if you had Dark elixer collector it's not enough to get more dark elixer resources. So this the question how will you farm a Dark Elixer if you're in a Town hall level 7 only.

This post might helped you I want to share you this quick guide on how to farm Dark Elixer.

Tips:

1.. One of the best way is to go-up-to the higher league, I prefer crystal league.

How to go to the Crystal League fast.

Look for the Town hall building that is outside the base. From there you can win and get instant trophy after destroying it.
Look for the base that is weak, and you think that you can demolish it to get a 100% 3 stars.
Look for the base which is having a high amount of trophies. Try to get 1 stars as you can.
Get help by requesting High or maxed level troops. I recommend to request for a maxed level (Giants, Hogs, or Wizards).
Use a farming base layout, most of the time enemies will get low trophies after they destroy your town hall and get only one stars and exits. Trophies that your enemy gets will be deducted to your trophies.
Troops composition, You can use only Barchers (Barbarian and Archers) to attain that league. I prefer train giant also for tanking purposes.

2.. Let's say that you're in a crystal league, Stay to that league as much as you can. That league will be your farming grounds.

Farming Strategy

Town hall hunting, You can get a Dark Elixer bonus loot. You'll notice that your other resources will go up to.
Look for the outside Dark Elixer collectors if it has a resources and full.
Look for the outside resource collector if it full or not.
Request for the Higher and maxed level troops for backup.
Always train your troops on queues always full your training barracks before you attack.
Troops Composition: Barchers Minions only, BAM farming strategy.(I prefer rain also giants for tanking purposes.
Check also if base you attack have a Clan Castle troops defense. Kill it first before you attack.

3.. Spells to brew is not very important but you can brew any spells for your backup.

Others: Attacking Sequence -

Attackers should always think the sequence of their attack. Some clashers might first deploy the hitter after the tanker, that is the biggest mistake to make and will get nothing until the end.

Tips: The attackers should always deploy first the tanker like (Barbarians and Giants) next is the hitter or the range troops like Wizards and Archers. 3-4 barbarians and 3-4 archers will do to take down one resource collector.

Laboratory Guide: What To Upgrade First

Good day Clashers! Have you ever question to yourself what to upgrade first? Is it the Archer, Barbarian or Spells? A lot of players are confuse what up first. Maybe you have to think of it.

Starting building your journey on every Town Hall. Upgrading Troops and spells makes more stronger, confident on attacking in a Clan War.

In this guide, Clashers will able to know what to upgrade first. Feel free to read it.

Upgrading Your First Choice:

Definitely you might be picking the smallest or the cheapest troops to upgrade if your town hall is in the low level. Because some of the low Level or the beginner levels are hard make a raid.

You have to upgrade first the troops for farming. Sequence of upgrading for Low Level Only.

Upgrade: Archer, Giant, Healer, Spell (Lighting Spell & Heal Spell), Barbarian, Wizard, Balloons and lastly Wall Breaker and goblins.

For Town Hall 7 To Town Hall 8:

You must upgrade Troops for War:

In this level you must upgrade first the troops or spells that you always use for Clan War. So what is it?

Upgrade: Dragons, Spells (Lighting, Heal & Rage Spell) Balloons, Giants, Archer, Barbarian, Wall Breaker, P.e.k.k.a, Hog Rider,Wizard, Minions and healer.

Dragon first because this is the most effective troops that you may use during clan war battle. Next is the Lighting Spells, Town hall 7 has only 2 air defense, Destroy 1 air Defense using lighting spells (it must be LS level 4 to destroy AD4-AD6). That strategy will give you and your clan an instant 3 stars in clan wars.

Town Hall 9- Town Hall 10:

Pick the best Troops:

This is the hardest level, because the upgrading value for this level is high. You must plan out what to upgrade first.

Upgrade: Giants6, Archer6, Barbarian6, Hogs5, Balloons6, Minions5, Wizard, Wall Breaker, P.e.k.k.a4, Golem4, Witch2, Healer etc.

Why Giant6, Giant6 are the most effective troops for this level and you are starting for Town Hall level 9. This will help you to raid more effectively and efficient, Combine with a set of barchers (Barbarian and Archers).

Mass Dragon Attack Like A Pro

Let me tell you something, Yes you can 3 stars any TH7 or TH8 bases, In this posts I will tell you some pointers how I do it. Clan Wars episode 20 with my team. I Am semi maxed Town hall 7 attacking a Maxed Air defense Town Hall 8.

What to do?

Scouting Base -- this is the first thing you should do you have to look what the base look like, if your a dragon user you should focus on the air defense of the enemies base. Some of this base are maybe an anti-hog, anti-giant-wiz or anti-drag depends also on what your profile is. Some of the enemies look first the profile of their opponent. Looking what is the best base that is your troops weakest. You must maxed your troops first before upgrading your Town Hall.

Back in the war bases of the enemies , you should know what troops to use it depends upon the base of the enemy.

In this attack my opponent base is for anti drag with centralized air defense level 6. So how to attack an anti-drag base.?

What to request for back-up? -- After You've scout the base of your opponent, now choose what you have to request to sent into the battle for back-up. In This case I am using balloon 5, or if there is a balloon 6 much better.

Attacking -- You are now attacking your opponent so where to start.

Deploy you're troops for cutting opponents structure, this the first thing you should be thinking. So it will be look like this.

Deploying 2-3 Dragons cutting enemy base. This the best way to make dragons path going straight to the core of the enemies base.

After cutting deploy set of your drags, be sure that the dragons are all going in the middle of the base, to destroy Town Hall and Air Defense.

Deploy your requested troops that is Balloons, Use your spells wisely and in time when it is needed.

And all troops left will do the cleaning.

Summary of this attack:
Troops Composition: Drag2 10, CC Troops Balloon5 4, BK lvl 4, Heal Spell 2 and 1 Rage Spell. Attacker: Town Hall level 7

Troops combination and request
Deploying and Cutting
Support and Timing
Cleaning

4 Benefits Of Having A Clan

Some of the COC gamers don't want to join at any clan in early stage because the account is to weak and no idea What is Clan Wars?. Don't Worry It's ok because you are not alone in that situation. I experience it also, I don't join in the clan, I rather be all alone and attack any random base. It came to the point that I have to join in a clan. Clan Wars Introduce to me.

Benefits of having a Clan

Troops Reinforcements : You can receive limited troops from your clan depending on how many capacity or level of your Clan Castle.

Level 1: 10 Troops Capacity

Level 2: 15 Troops Capacity

Level 3: 20 Troops Capacity

Level 4: 25 Troops Capacity

Level 5: 30 Troops Capacity

War Loot Bonus: Aside from getting a loot from farming you can receive war loot bonus if your Clan wins a battle against your opponent. You must be included in The Clan Wars Battle also.

Note: You must starred any of enemy base before you have a War loot Bonus. As I have said earlier your Team must win to get 100% war bonus, instead 10% of war loot bonus if not.

Tips and Strategy: If your clan is very supportive and you are a beginner, Your clan Leaders, Co-leaders or Elder can give you some Advices, Tips or Strategies that you may use. So better ask them.

Get Powerful Perks: Level up and unlock abilities of your Clans. How? By obtaining Clan Perks Xp, Clan Perks XP is earned by competing and winning in Clan Wars.

There are different Clan perks Abilities to unlock according to their Levels:

Level 2: Troops Request Time: 15 Minutes

War Loot extra Storage: 10%

Level 3: Donation Refund: 20% Troop cost

War bonus extra loot: 10%

Level 4: Donation Limit: 6 Troops

War Loot Extra Storage: 20%

Level 5: Donated Troop Upgrade 1 Level

War Bonus Extra loot 50%

Level 6: Donation Refund: 35% troops cost

War Loot Extra Storage 30%

Level 7: Troop Requested Wait Time 10 minutes

War Bonus Extra Loot 20%

Level 8: Donation Limit 8 troops

War loot Extra Storage 40%

Level 9: Donation Refund 50%

War Bonus Extra Loot 25%

Level 10: Donate Troop Upgrade 2 Levels

War Loot Extra Storage 50%
