CoC March 2017 Balancing and Changes Update

Clash of Clans developer is set to release the new update today March 8, 2017. This update includes new defense level, hitpoints and damage increased on the selected troops.  The latest update is posted here, check it out:

• Witch spawning rate increased.
• Dragon levels 4-6 damage increased.

This update will take effect after the maintenance break announces earlier by Clash of Clans. The massive update will soon to go live to all clashers.

Maintenance Break: Winter Theme Disabled

Clash of Clans dev team disabled the Winter theme today they have announced it via facebook, one feature that was included in the winter theme is the clashmas trees. These trees will not spawn.

We're doing some server upkeep and at the same time disabling the Winter theme (Clashmas trees will stop spawning). See you soon!

Clash Clans: Winter is Coming, Sneak Peeks Soon to Release

Clash of Clans posted recently on their Facebook page an announcement to inform all the Clashers that there will be an upcoming update, The COC Winter Update. There are no other details yet aside from the photo that they posted with a caption.

Clash of Clans (version 8.551.4) is Available to Download Online

Supercell released the latest update for Clash of Clans this month of October, CoC version 8.551.4 brings new defensive building, friendly wars and more. 

According to Supercell, Friendly Wars allow any two Clans to do battle with custom settings and arrangements! Check out this guide video that we've post recently.

Also, Any clan can customize friendly wars setting its duration and choosing a maximum of players to play 5 versus 5 or 50 versus 50 before to issuing a challenge.

The latest update also brings new defensive building and troop levels. Here's the summary of the update.

1.  Introducing the Bomb Tower at Town Hall 8!
2.  New troop levels: Dragon, Baby Dragon, Wizard.
3.  New defense Levels: X-Bow, Mortar, Hidden Tesla.
4.  25 more wall pieces to Town Hall 11.
5.  Lots of upgrade costs and times reduced.
6.  Rebalancing, including Witch and Skeleton Spell buffs.
7.  Clan Wars loot and Clan XP rules revisited.
8.  Continued balancing changes to Clan Wars matchmaking.

Bomb Tower, CoC October 2016 Update

After Clash dev team released balancing Updates, The new defense building Bomb Tower announce to be added in this upcoming Clash of Clans Major Update this month of October 2016. 

This new defensive building can be unlocked at Town Hall 8.  Upgrade cost and Building Time for every level will be posted after the update. Be sure to save this post.

Bomb Tower Description:

• This defensive building explodes in a small radius when destroyed and punishes everything nearby.
• NEW: Bomb Tower (starting at TH 8)
• Bomb Towers explode in a small radius when destroyed, punishing masses of melee troops that charge in without a careful plan.

Other Updates:

Bomb Towers create a lot of new room for balancing mass-attack troops, which have too easily teetered between being super-weak or super-strong.

Witch hitpoints massively increased, damage slightly increased - Witches are much more resilient and have more power to push through incoming fire. However, Bomb Towers will challenge their Skeleton hordes!

Giant Bombs no longer deal 1.5x damage to Hog Rider - We're shifting Hog Rider play away from focus on Giant Bombs, and more towards planning for Bomb Tower resistance.

October 2016 CoC Balancing & Update News Release

Supercell Team just released in their blog the balancing patch in October. I quoted the original post to this blog-post from their Clash of Clans Blog, a new level of selected troops are on its way like wizard level 7, tesla Level 9 and more. Check it out below and I'm sure you are excited about this major update

The Clash of Clans team approaches game balance by looking at attack stats and play-testing gameplay changes. As outlined by our design values, regular balancing updates help keep the game fun and interesting!

In this sizable round of balancing changes, we're continuing to develop Town Hall 11 gameplay, boost underperforming units, and ease some high level upgrades. We've also taken a look at Clan Wars XP and war loot rules.

NEW: Wizard level 7 (TH 10)

• Wizard level 6 hitpoints and damage slightly increased
• Wizard level 6 available at Town Hall level 9 (was 10)

Fashionably late to the party, high-level Wizards are finally showing up - in style! They'll lend some needed extra firepower to Town Hall 9 and up.

NEW: Hidden Tesla level 9 (TH 11)

• REMOVED: Hidden Teslas no longer deal 2x damage to P.E.K.K.A

Popular Tesla-heavy defensive cores have led to underwhelming P.E.K.K.A gameplay. Removing the 2x damage rule helps P.E.K.K.A reclaim its fearsome potential while making room for a new Tesla level.

NEW: Baby Dragon level 5 (TH 11)

• Baby Dragon level 4 available at Town Hall 10 (was 11)

Baby Dragon upgrade levels should come just a bit earlier to give an appropriate power level to such a late game troop.

NEW: Mortar level 10 (TH 11)

• Mortar level 8-9 damage increased

Mortar has fallen behind the defensive curve. A boost to later levels, and the new Mortar level 10, will help give Mortar back its punch.

Other Updates: 

Skeleton Spells spawn MUCH more Skeletons, but over a longer time

• The rebalanced spell is much better at doing - well, pretty much everything. 26 Skeletons in a single spell slot? You'd better believe it!

Cloned troops from Clone Spells can stay much longer on the battlefield

• The power of Clone Spells comes from effective positioning. Longer troop lifetime will bolster well placed Clones.

Bowler hitpoints slightly decreased

• Skillful attackers often keep Bowlers far and safe from damage. A small hitpoint reduction better balances their immense and efficient reach.

Other NEW Town Hall 11 upgrades:

• Dragon level 6
• X-Bow level 5
• 25 additional Wall pieces

Upgrade Discounts (time and/or cost):

• Wizard 6
• Dragon 3-5
• Baby Dragon (all levels)

• Hidden Tesla 5-8
• X-Bow 2-4

Clan Wars balancing:

• Earn a partial War Win Bonus even when failing an attack
• War Win Bonus is no longer reduced when attacking lower Town Hall levels
• Tougher targets in war are worth more Clan XP, to a max of 10XP!

We want to lessen the downsides of more ambitious war attacks and better reward clean-up attacks.
Also, basing Clan XP rewards on defender strength will better reward Clans that participate in high-level Clan Wars!

Clash of Clans, Healer Changes (August 2016 Update)

A lot of you might be checking on what's new about Healer changes. It's been discussed to the previous blog post change to make Healers once again trigger air traps.

Do this changes really affect the "Queen walk" or "Super Queen" strategy, where an attack begins with a high-level Archer Queen supported with four Healers.

June is slowly approaching, Clash of Clans dev team are not done yet giving you latest update to the best mobile strategy game today, the Clash of Clans.

Supercell's Clash of Clans introduced to you Clashers  a new spell  the Clone spell which is available at Town Hall 10 and the two new troops  The Baby Dragon which can be unlocked at Town Hall 9, and Miner unlocks at Town hall 10.

Clash of Clans Update release Clan War Restrictions and Changes - Because Supercell and Clash Of Clans Dev team really love you all, they read your feedback and reactions about the Friendly Battle Challenge. They listen to your thoughts and they will provide you what you want to happen. Here are some of your feedbacks read some of the tweaks.

Layout Replacing Restrictions
Your feedback about how Friendly Challenges might affect Clan War dynamics was super helpful. What makes Clan Wars exciting is the pressure of getting an attack right the first time. Using the new feature to endlessly practice attacks would replace one-shot attacking skill with endless, grindy repetition.

To address this, layouts modified within the last 24 hours will not be available for Friendly Challenges if you are Town Hall 9 or above. Town Hall 8 and below will not have any restrictions.



Changes to War Preparation Day
In order to make the Layout cooldown 24-hours, we will also change how Scouting works on Preparation day.

After the update, you will no longer be able to view an opponent’s War Base layout during Preparation Day. Instead, Scouting will show their active Village layout. This way, players can still get a good sense for the strength of War Bases they are facing, but can’t copy exact layouts for practice. Scouting during Battle Day will remain the same.

Why do this? Without this change to Scouting, the Friendly Challenge cooldown would have to be 48-hours to prevent any possibility of "war practice.”

New Dark Elixer Spell: Skeleton Spell

Clash of Clans update: New Dark Spell introduces today 5/19, The Skeleton Spell.

Clash of Clans introduces new dark elixir spell, the Skeleton Spell  is unlocked at Town Hall level 9. The skeleton spell allows you to summon an army of skeletons anywhere on the battlefield.

Skeleton spell is great for luring Clan Castle troops and you can dop it anywhere in the map. Chief Pat said.

Clash of Clans May 2016 Update  - Official COC Balance and Changes Update:  Excited for the next big update? Good news for all of you Clashers., Clash of Clans Supercell releases notes for the May 2016 update.

Here are the Balancing and Update. 




Much of the balancing this update is coming in the form of new levels and smaller tweaks.

Town Hall 11

• Cannon level 14
• Lava Hound level 4
• Balloon level 7

In Town Hall 11, air armies have dwindled in popularity. These new levels should help revitalize high-level air armies while helping to defend against the ground rush.

Town Hall 10+

• Bowler housing space reduced to 6

Bowlers just didn't seem to be providing enough value for an 8 housing space unit, and the bulky size made him a tough fit in a well-rounded army.

Town Hall 7+

• Spring Trap levels 2-4

New Spring Trap levels with minor capacity increases will help catch additional units from time to time. They might even catch an extra Valkyrie!

Other:

• Edit Mode tools: A bunch of features added to make editing layouts easier
• Donate fully trained Troops/Spells from production queues even if your army is full
• Drag troops/spells anywhere into a training queue - training progress is transferred
• Gem Troops/Spells for donation directly from the donation context menu
• War Logs for any Clan can now be publicly viewed unless disabled in Clan settings
• Builder Suggestions: Tap Builder Info to see and select suggested upgrades to perform
• Live spectator count is now shown during an attack - see how many others are watching!
• Chat stream revamped with built-in Request button

Unfortunately, this upcoming update is in favor to all Clashers who are in the higher levels.  Most of the update are in Town Hall  10+ and Town Hall level 11. What are your thoughts about this update?

COC Update Maintenance Break 5/17: 1-Gem Resource Boost Event

Earlier today, Supercell's best strategy mobile game Clash of Clans introduced Friendly Battle Challenge. It seems that there will be a big update that soon to go live.

Clash of Clans Announce Maintenance Break:

On their facebook, Clash of Clans announces Maintenance break "a 1-Gem resource boost that will last until the Friendly Challenge update goes live," Clash of Clans dev team said.  

It meansthat you have to pay 1-gem only versus the normal to boost all your resources, 1-gem per Resources.

There are no other details when or what are the nex update. We'll have to wait for the next Official announcement We will try our best to keep you updated and we will post it here. But for now enjoy 1-gem boost after the Maintenance Break. Clash on Chief!

Clash of Clans Update: Supercell announces that there will be adding a new feature to the gameplay, The Friendly Challenge.

Just like Clash Royale's friendly battle Coc dev team makes it more fun and exciting to play with your Clan member and friends. So take a look how to have a friendly gameplay.

Introducing the Friendly Challenge!





Friendly Challenges let clanmates attack one another for practice, competition, or just plain fun! Friendly Challenges are unlimited and won’t cost gold or consume Troops, Spells, Heroes or Traps. You also won’t earn resources, Trophies or other bonuses.

Issuing a Friendly Challenge:

To invite your clanmates to attack your village, look for the new "Challenge" button at the top of Clan chat. You can choose between your active layout or any other valid saved layout, including War Bases. Add some custom text (or don’t) and post the Friendly Challenge to the Clan chat. Simple!
Once posted, any member of your Clan can accept the Friendly Challenge and launch an attack against your chosen layout. Don't worry, they won't be able to steal any of your resources or Trophies. Any troops you have in your Clan Castle at the time you post will be used as defensive troops, but you won’t lose those either.

Accepting a Friendly Challenge:

When you accept a Friendly Challenge, you will attack your clanmates village using your current army. Everything you deploy will be returned to you after the battle, so don’t hold back!
The replay and results of your attack will be available in Clan chat. Of course, if your Clan can't wait that long, they can watch the attack live.

Practice, Perfect, and Experiment!

Friendly Challenges will provide you with an awesome way to improve your attacking skills, perfect your defensive layouts, experiment with different troops or just have fun. Test out different army compositions, new layout ideas, or try something crazy! Clans can arrange competitions, or just have friendly back-and-forth duels.
We hope to see Friendly Challenges widely used! We see the ability to practice attacks at any time helping to motivate new attacking and defending strategies, and help Clans get even better at playing together.

Clash of Clans Small Balance Update (5/4)

Clash of Clans announces earlier a Maintenance update via a facebook post and official Clash of Clans website that is now happening today 5/4/2016.  This update includes faster training time on some of the troops like Dragon, Golem, Lava Hound, Bowler, and more. Check out full details below.

Supercell announcement and Balance update reads, 

We have a small balancing update going out that is all about time! Full armies will be ready much faster, the Bowler gets a minor buff, and matchmaking search timeouts have been increased for top players.

• 2x faster brewing for all Spells
• 2x faster training for Dragon, Witch and Wall Breaker
• 3x faster training for Golem, Lava Hound and P.E.K.K.A
• Hugely reduced Hero regeneration times
• Faster training also for Balloon, Wizard, Healer, Valkyrie and Bowler



We're looking to get players battling with full and well-balanced armies much more often than before. Waiting several hours for heavy armies will be a thing of the past. Army building boosts still provide a 4x speed boost atop this - blazing fast!

• Gameplay balance: Bowler starts attacking much faster when reaching a target
The Bowler landed a bit softer than he would have liked. While we continue to watch how strategies evolve with this new troop, a faster first-attack speed (similar to the recent Valkyrie buff) will make sure Bowlers don't lag behind the rest of the army.

• Maximum timeout searching for opponents raised from 5 to 30 minutes
This change mainly affects players at very high Trophy counts who are familiar with waiting in the clouds for targets. Previously, the game would ask you to tap a “Retry” button after a 5-minute matchmaking timeout. Now that tap is only required every 30 minutes to keep on searching.

Clash of Clans Encouraging Fairplay Use for All Clashers - Supercell

Supercell's Clash of Clans developer had announced an encouraging fair play from their website and in-game to provide a level playing field for everyone. That is the goal that they want to achieve, supercell staff Anoushka said.

"We consider bot and mod use cheating and strongly encourage players to remove any an aforementioned programs from their devices", Anoushka added.

This was not new to all the clashers this is part of their Fair Play policy. The consequences of using this prohibited 3rd party software will face disciplinary action, but no limited to a permanent ban.

They also said that there is an on-going designed to safeguard all games going forward.

Third Party Usage, Unauthorized Gem Selling & Game Economy Abuse, and Buying & Selling Game Accounts area the issues they don't want you to do.  "BE SAFE AND PLAY FAIR"

Clash of Clans Updates (April): Hi Guys, Unfortunately, this is not a major update for April. Supercell's Clash of Clans is celebrating its 2-year anniversary of Clan wars.

All Clan war  XP will be doubled until April 14th. Yes, you read that right, Clan war will be much more exciting because of this event. Expect winning in Clan wars is much harder.

Clash of Clans Maintenance 24/03 - Update tweaks & fixes

Hello,

We'll be deploying some fixes and adjustments during the upcoming maintenance:

• Healers' heal rate on Heroes will revert to normal values (unintentionally set to 70%, we'll revert it to the usual 50%)
• Fixed cases where Heroes are not triggering traps
• War Matchmaking tweaks (clans that have been in matchmaking for an unusually long time)
• Valkyrie balancing: decreased HP for levels 2-4 (respectively: 825>800, 910>850 and 1000>900). Levels 1 and 5 remain unchanged.
• War replay discrepancies: fixed cases where the result of the attack (stars/damage) is different in live and replay
• Fixed Win Streak value for certain clans that had it at zero incorrectly
• Notifications on multidevices work again

Clash of Clans 8.212.3 Download and Update Relased!

The update brings new content to the gameplay.
